Pickup at our warehouse is free of delivery charge, but an appointment must be taken. Your order will be processed within a maximum of 24 business hours following the date of your order. Select “PICKUP” when you are ordering and an email will let you know when it is ready.
Delivery costs are added to the order accordingly to your postal code.
All orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped on the same day during our regular business hours.
Do you want to return or exchange your order for any reason? We are here to assist you. You have 30 days upon receival of your order to return the item to us. You can return your product to obtain an exchange or a refund. It will be processed through your initial method of payment.
Please consider the following exceptions and conditions that apply to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Returned item(s) must have their label and be in their original packaging.
- Packaging must not be damaged.
- Returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- The original receipt is required.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable and the return cost is under the customer responsibility.
- The return label must be affixed to your package.

To begin the return or exchange process, please proceed as follows:
- Email our customer service to explain the reason for your return request at : email@example.com
- The order number and photo(s) of the defective or damaged part must be
included to your request.
- We will then send you a return authorization number that you must print and affix to the package containing the item to be returned. Note : the shipping cost is under the customer responsibility.
- We will issue a credit within 5 business days after we receive your return
