The MS132-20 manual motor starter (also known as motor protection circuit breaker or manual motor protector) is a compact 45 mm wide device with a rated operating current of Ie = 25.0 A.

This device is used to switch motors on and off manually and to protect them reliably. The manual starter is a protection device against short-circuit, overload and phase interruption. The manual starter offers an operating short-circuit breaking capacity of Ics = 100 kA at 400 VAC and a tripping class 10.

Further features are the build-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism and a rotary handle with a clear switch position indication.  The manual motor starter is suitable for three- and single-phase applications.

The handle is lockable to protect against unauthorized modifications. Auxiliary contacts, signalling contacts, undervoltage releases, shunt releases, three-phase busbars, power supply units and terminal spacers are available as accessories .
